During holiday and vacation one tend to consume more and also fast foods,sweets and other unheathy stuffs,than usually and end up gaining more weight.

But its not difficult to get back in shape in just 8 weeks provided you follow below golden rules which will also keep you fit and prevent from diseaes.

  • Drink plenty of water : If you drink more water then your stomach fills up and makes you eat lesser than when you eat empty stomach. It also helps in removing all toxics which are produced during the day might be due to over eating.
  • Go for a Run or Brisk Walk everyday : Running, jogging or brisk walking is the best and mst simplest form of exercise contuining for 8 weeks can definitely will make you feel that you are more active,energized and have lost considerable weight.

  • Minimize the intake of Processed Sugar : Intake of sugar can put lot of weight, hence try avoiding more intake of sugarry foods be it even in smaller quantities.
  • Reduce intake of Salt : Try to avoid eating more salt as they are rich in Sodium and can make your body bloat as it retains a lot of water.
  • Take more Fruits and raw Vegetables : Take more of fruits or raw vegetables in the form of salads intead of meat, bread,butter etc, this will cause no harm even if you are taking it heavily but
     rather keeps you healthy and fit as they are rich in vitamins and minerals and other nutrients.
  • Cut down on your intake of Red Meat : If you are really trying hard to get back to your earlier slim body and cut fats, then try to cut down your intake of Red Meat as much as possible.
