Eating Raw ladyfinger is very beneficial than cooked one for Diabetic pateints.
How to consume Ladyfinger at Home :
Take 2-3 ladyfingers and soak it in a glass of full water.
Leave it soaked the whole night.
In the Morning when you get up, remove the ladyfingers out of the glass and drink the water empty stomach.
