Puffy eyes are a symptom of increased anxiety, stress, and sleeplessness.
You can get rid of under-eye puffiness with these simple home remedies:
- Go Potato: Slice a potato into two halves after keeping it cool in a refrigeraot for couple of minutes and hover the slices and circle around the eyes gently.Place it over on your eyes so that it covers the puffed areas and dark circles and leave it for 15-20 min and relax. Wash your face with clean and normal water.
- Milky Way : Dip cotton pads in chilled milk, you can few drops of rose water as well, and place it over your eyes covering the puffed and dark circle areas and relax for 15-20 min.
- Cucumber Relief: Take two slices of refrigerator cucumber and place it on your eyes for 15-20 min and relax with cool soothing slices and go for a short nap.It will help relief ,strain/stress and give relief to your burning eyes, also refreshes your mind as well. It will help reducing puffy tissues and reduces dark circles around your eyes.
- Spoons and Iced water: Take a glass of chilled iced water and four stainless steel spoons. Chill the spoon in the iced water and then place one over each eye, keep doing the same exercise switching the spoons while letting the other one chill in the glass of water. This is a very nice remedy to get rid of puffiness.
- Green Tea bag: Relax for 15-20 min with a chilled green tea bag or steeped chamomile over each eye. This helps to bring back your puffed eyes to normal with its herbal properties.
- Drink more water: Drinking a glass of water is a very easy and simple way of getting rid of puffiness and droopiness.
