Nowadays each one of us carries Hi- Fi Mobile devices and is always afraid, that it may get stolen.
Eah mobile carries a unique IMEI (International Mobille Identity No) which can be used to track your mobile anywhere in the world.
To know your IMEI number here's what you should do :
1. Dial *#06# from your mobile.
2. Your mobile will show a unique 15 digit.
3. Note this number anywhere but except in your mobile as this help trace your mobile in case of a theft.
4. Once stolen you just have to email this 15 digit IMEI number at cop@ vsnl.net.
5. Your mobile will be traced within next 24 hours via complex system of GPRS and internet.
6. You will find where your hand set is being operated even if someone chnages the sim.
If you lose yor mobile, send an email to cop@vsnl.net with the following Info:
Your name, Address , Phone model, Make, Last used Number, Email for communication, Missed date, IMEI Number.
